Utility Survey
Aerial Filmworks offers geo-referenced pipeline and transmission line surveys using the newest gyro-stabilized Cineflex V14HD camera systems. Using our proprietary GeoSyncHD hardware, we can deliver real-time data overlays on HD video with GPS coordinates, date and time stamps, and altitude/airspeed/heading information. HD video frame grabs can be used for detailed inspection.
The full 5-axis stabilization of the Cineflex V14HD delivers high-definition video from safer altitudes outside of the “wire environment” in all weather conditions. And when pipelines or transmission lines go through neighborhoods or cities, the aircraft can fly a higher altitude for noise abatement and safe operations.

Aerial Filmworks can provide enhanced geo-referencing services including Google Earth fly-throughs, pre-flight visualization, flight path altitude patterns, and elevation maps. We offer transfer of GPS coordinates to all formats from aviation GPS systems to KML files.
